About the Owners
Sean has resided in Vermont for the past thirty years. He attended Vermont Technical
College where he studied building trades. He has been working in the maintenance
field for twenty-three years. Sean performs routine maintenance and coordinates with
and assists contractors with their projects. Sean is EMP certified and a licensed RRP
renovator.

Rebecca is a lifetime resident of Rutland. She graduated from Castleton State College
with a B.A. Rebecca is the office manager. Rebecca has been managing apartments
for the past thirteen years.
